Will you send samples?
For chain, please order 1 foot quantities of any chains you are interested in.
You can always visit us at a show near you to see and feel products in person!
When will I get my order?
We ship out Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2pm usually ship out the same day, unless there is a question or issue with your particular order. After that, it depends on the mail delivery method you selected at checkout. USPS services are NOT guaranteed, and can occasionally be delayed. FedEx is guaranteed.
If you need your order expedited, please make a note of it during checkout to ensure your order goes out right away.
Where are you located/Do you have a storefront?
Our office and warehouse are located in Gulfport, FL. We do not have a storefront, but you are welcome to place an order online and come pick it up at our office. Just leave a note in the “comments” on the last page of checkout with the date and approximate time you will come to collect the order.
Are you also Best Beads?
Yes! Bestbeads is our wholesale website. It is a password-protected wholesale website and you will need to register for an account to purchase from there.
I want to order items shown on Bestbeads that aren’t on PEBeads. How can I do this?
Please place two separate orders. You will need an account at Bestbeads to order. Mention in the “comments” on the last page of checkout that you also have a Bestbeads order, and we will combine them when invoicing you. We will ship them together and you will only be charged one shipping charge.
Is there a further discount for large orders of an item?
For most items, they are listed with quantity discounts. The more you order, the better the price! Make sure to click on the item or picture to take you to the item detail page. The quantity pricing breakdown will be listed there. The price will automatically be adjusted when you add the items to your cart.
Please note that the quantity discount only applies per specific item. You cannot mix and charms or finishes to get the discount, for example.
Can you tell me what to order/pick out colors for me/tell me the best colors?
Please understand that all design work is personal preference! We can answer specific questions about how an item works, but we cannot design your whole project for you or tell you what to order.
How Do I Shop Online?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You will always be able to view the items you have added to your shopping cart on the right side of your browser window.
While viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of items and then clicking on "update cart" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you can click on “register” to sign-up for a new account.
If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.
Is My Credit Card Information Secure?
Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination.
We make every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.
If you are still uncertain about placing your order via the Internet, we encourage you to call in your order to our office at 800 777 0038 (Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4pm est), or complete your basket up to the point of entering your credit card number, print out the order, and call us to complete the order.
