Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You will always be able to view the items you have added to your shopping cart on the right side of your browser window.
While viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the right of items and then clicking on "update cart" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you can click on “register” to sign-up for a new account.
If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. |

You do not have to register on our site if you are making a purchase. However by registering you are initiating an account that only you may access.
You can access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information.
If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered. Perks for having an account include special sales and having access to all information about your previous orders and tracking your order. |

Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination.
We make every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.
If you are still uncertain about placing your order via the Internet, we encourage you to call in your order to our office at 800 777 0038 (Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4pm est), or complete your basket up to the point of entering your credit card number, print out the order, and call us to complete the order.
Please note, however, that only orders placed online will qualify for the FREE shipping.

Find the order number that contains the items you wish to return.
Select the order number to view the order.
There will be a link on the right hand side that says 'NEW RMA'.
Click the link to complete the return information.
Please note that all returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. All non-defective items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
