Find the order number that contains the items you wish to return.

Select the order number to view the order.

There will be a link on the right hand side that says 'NEW RMA'.

Click the link to complete the return information.

All returned items must be in their ORIGINAL SEALED packaging. We do not accept items that have been used, strands that have been broken and packaging that has been opened. We do not accept returns on ANY of the cut chain or waxed cord. We also do not accept returns on any items purchased from a clearance or closeout page.

Please note that all returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. All non-defective items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders that have shipped out with the FREE shipping option will be charged the applicable shipping cost for all returned items.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SHIP THE ITEMS WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We will only refund/exchange items that have been returned to us.
