If you're not happy then we're not happy. Period!
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the items for an exchange or a refund then please follow these steps:
- Click on the MY ACCOUNT link (above) and log in to your account.
- Find the order number that contains the items you wish to return.
- Select the order number to view the order.
- There will be a link on the right hand side that says 'NEW RMA'. Click the link to complete the return information.
- If an item was added to your order after the order was completed online, you will not be able to view it in the RMA screen. Please contact us if this applies to you.
returned items must be in their ORIGINAL SEALED packaging. We do not
accept items that have been used, strands that have been broken or packaging that has been opened. We do not accept returns of cut leather, cord, and chain. The only exceptions are for defective merchandise, which will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
note that all returns and notifications of defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of the
goods. All non-defective items may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SHIP THE ITEMS WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIRED. We can only refund/exchange items that have been received in the office.
