1 Our minimum order is $100 for free shipping orders. By selecting the free shipping worldwide option you agree to the following terms and conditions..
2 The shipping is free through Primitive Earth Beads, there is no handling fee and there might not be a tracking number nor will there be insurance. If you want insurance or tracking please let us know and we will charge accordingly for that, but we will let you know the cost before shipping.We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages, unless there is insurance and tracking then we can track the package and we can get an insurance payment .
3 We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that might be levied by your country.
4 Orders must be placed from now until May 11 to qualify and be done through the online shopping cart.
(no fax orders or phone orders will qualify - no exceptions).
5 We will determine the best way to ship to you via the US post office or UPS. For our USA customers the shipping will be with UPS ground, no credit will be given for faster service. If you need faster service please put that in the special instructions and we will get your order out first, otherwise the orders are done by the date they are received.
6 We will ship your order as soon as we can once we receive it, some orders can take a few days for us to get from our stock.
7 We will not hold any back orders. If there is an item that we are out of stock of we will indicate that on your invoice and ship your order. If we can get hold of you for a substitution we will do so.
8 We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any country that we feel is a risk. If you need any info just let us know.
9 We are limiting the weight to a maximum of 4 lbs per order, if the weight is over we will let you know the cost and you can pay the cost of shipping for over 4 pounds which is not much as we pay the initial shipping fee.
10 If you use paypal then we will not process the order until payment is complete and cleared.
